This Shipping Policy applies to Bareutensil pet products, including fleece dog blankets, puppy and small pet sleep mats, and portable foldable pet tents. We aim to provide reliable and timely delivery for all pet comfort essentials across the United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). After processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple nationwide shipping rates within the United States:

  • Orders of $69 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $69 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $7.95

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and promotions are applied.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping): 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available in the carrier system.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, missing, or shows no movement for an extended period, please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. Bareutensil is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
